What's Included
On-time Registration includes the following:
Badge, Bag, Workshops, Saturday Awards Banquet Ticket, Sunday Gospel Breakfast Ticket, and Digital Souvenir Book.
Deadlines
Timely registration is $125.00 and must be submitted by March 15, 2026.

Late registration will run from March 16, 2026 through April 12, 2026 at $150.00 per attendee.
Allowance of registration after April 12, 2026 will be at sole discretion of the Board and will be $175.00 per attendee.
Please note, should you register after April 12, 2026, you may not receive all printed or pre-ordered materials.

Registration Add-Ons
Friday Game Night benefitting the Texas State Conference Junior Division Scholarship Fund: $35.00
Join us for an evening of Bingo, Blackjack, Pitty Pat, and competitive Spades and Dominoes tournaments. Doors open at 8:00 PM, with tournaments beginning promptly at 8:30 PM. Bingo sessions are 8:45 PM, 9:45 PM and 10:45 PM. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Texas State Conference Junior Division Scholarships. Come ready to play, laugh, and support our future leaders. Pre-registration for the Spades and Dominoes Tournaments is required: Tournament Pre-Registration
Saturday Breakfast Buffet: $15.00
​​Take advantage of special pre-order pricing for the Saturday morning buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Discounted rates are available exclusively through pre-order. Deadline to order is April 19th.
Saturday Boxed Lunches: $22.00
For your convenience, boxed lunches are available for purchase. All boxed lunches must be pre-ordered and will not be sold on-site. Deadline to order is April 19th. ​
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation should be submitted by April 12, 2026 using the following form:

Approvals for cancellation submitted between April 12, 2026 and April 19, 2026 are at the sole discretion of the Joint Texas State Conference Board. We will not honor any cancellation requests after April 19, 2026 due to planning commitments.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Important Payment Information
There are no processing fees when submitting payments through the Texas State Conference website. Our registration platform, Zeffy, automatically adds an optional “tip” to each transaction to support its free service for nonprofit organizations.
If you do not wish to include a tip, please select “Other” in the tip options and enter “0” in the amount field before completing your payment in the "Help keep Zeffy free for Knights of Peter Claver" section.
Please note, that the Texas State Conference does not receive or control these tips and is unable to refund any tip amounts submitted.
