Hotel Reservations

The Texas State Conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas-Richardson located at 1981 N. Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas 75080.  The rate is $119.00 per night plus applicable taxes.  All attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.  The last day to reserve your room is April 10, 2026. 

Members and guests should make their reservations by calling the hotel directly at 972.644.4000 or visiting the Texas State Conference booking site.  ​​​​​If making your reservations by phone, please make sure to identify “Knights of Peter Claver” to receive the room block rate.  

The hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.  Should you arrive early, the hotel will make every attempt to accommodate you as rooms become available.  Please note, early check-in is not guaranteed and may result in an additional cost to you at $50.00.  Late check-out up to 2:00 PM may be available to you at a rate of $25.00.
